Book for Four, Leads gets £300 Back! - Terms & Conditions

1. General Offer Details

This offer is available to existing customers of Curious Creatives Craft Retreats who have already booked for the August 2025 retreat, and new customers of Curious Creatives Craft Retreats booking for the August 2025 retreat.

The lead guest will receive a £300 refund upon meeting all conditions outlined below.

Only three group bookings are eligible for this offer, assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

The offer applies exclusively to groups of four attendees who agree to share one dormitory room for the retreat.

The offer is valid from 21st November 2024 to 31st December 2024, or until all available rooms are booked - whichever comes first.

2. Eligibility Criteria

Group Composition: At least two of the four group members must not have previously attended a Curious Creatives Craft Retreat.
-
Full Payment Requirement: All four attendees must pay their retreat fees in full, including any additional costs for upgrades, by Monday, 30th June 2025.

Room Upgrade Exclusion: The offer does not include upgrades to single or twin rooms. Only standard dormitory accommodations are included.

Lead Guest Eligibility: The lead guest must have completed their booking and paid the full retreat fee before the £300 refund is issued.

Exclusion Clause: Students who have won a free place or received a complimentary retreat are not eligible to participate as the lead guest in this offer. However, they may join as a member of the group, subject to all other conditions.
3. Room Allocations

Group-Exclusive Room: The group of four will be allocated a dormitory room (e.g., a five or six-bed dormitory) for their exclusive use. No other attendees will be placed in this room as long as the group meets the conditions of the offer.

Room Sharing After Cancellation:
-
If a group member cancels their booking, the remaining attendees will still be placed in a dormitory room. However, this room may also be shared with other attendees (not part of the original group).

The remaining attendees may choose to book single or twin room tickets, subject to availability and additional costs, via the ticketing page on the Curious Creatives website.

4. Refund Issuance

Upgrades Refund:

If the lead guest or any group member has previously booked a single or twin room and chooses to participate in this offer, they will receive an immediate refund of the cost paid for the upgraded room.

Upon choosing this offer, the single or twin room originally reserved will no longer be available for their use and will be returned to general availability.

£300 Refund Timeline: The £300 refund will be processed for the lead guest only after all group members have paid in full and attended the retreat. Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the lead guest’s original booking within 14 days of the retreat’s conclusion.

The refund amount is fixed at £300, regardless of any upgrades or additional costs incurred by the lead guest.

5. Conditions for Maintaining the Offer

Group Integrity: The group must maintain four confirmed and fully paid attendees to remain eligible for the offer.

Cancellation Policy:

If any member of the group cancels their booking or fails to pay in full by the deadline, the £300 refund for the lead guest will no longer be valid.

Refunds or cancellations by any group member do not entitle the remaining group members to maintain exclusive use of the dormitory room.

6. Splitting into Separate Rooms

Groups that wish to withdraw from the offer to book separate rooms must inform Curious Creatives in writing (preferably via email - hello@curiouscreatives.online).

Once withdrawn, group members must book the relevant accommodation tickets online and pay the applicable additional fees.

If no single or twin rooms are available at the time of withdrawal, group members will be accommodated in dormitory rooms, either as a group or individually, based on availability.

7. Communication Responsibilities

Lead Guest Role:
-
The lead guest is not required to coordinate group payments but may encourage group members to pay invoices on time.

The lead guest is responsible for communicating any updates or issues to Curious Creatives.

Curious Creatives will also communicate directly with the lead guest regarding updates or issues related to the group booking.

Clear, two-way communication is essential for a smooth experience.

8. Booking and Availability

Only three group offers are available. Bookings will be confirmed in the order they are received.

Curious Creatives reserves the right to close the offer once the three group slots have been filled.

The lead guest must email hello@curiouscreatives.online to identify themselves as the Lead for their group. The email should include:

Their full name.

The full names of the other three group members.

Group members who have not yet booked must complete their booking through the standard ticketing process on the Curious Creatives website.

During the booking process, they must include the Lead guest's name in the relevant field on the booking form.

This process allows Curious Creatives to match all group members and confirm eligibility for the offer. In the event of a technical issue with the booking system, Curious Creatives will use the manual record provided by the lead guest to ensure group tracking.
9. Exclusions and Limitations

This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or offers.

Curious Creatives reserves the right to amend, or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

​10. FAQs
How does the “Book for Four, Lead receives £300 Back” exclusive offer work?
When you and three other attendees book together as a group of four, the lead guest will receive a £300 refund after all participants have paid in full and attended the retreat. The group will share a dormitory room reserved exclusively for them.
Can I join the offer if I’ve already booked a single or twin room?
Yes! If you’ve already booked a single or twin room and wish to participate in this offer, you will be refunded the cost of the upgrade, and your single or twin room reservation will be cancelled. The group will be placed in a shared dormitory room.

How do we book as a group?
To book as a group of four:

The lead guest must email hello@curiouscreatives.online to identify themselves as the Lead and include the names of the other group members.

Any group members who haven’t booked yet must purchase their tickets through the website as usual. At the checkout, they should include the Lead guest’s name in the ‘Anything else we should know?’ field on the booking form.

Once all members have completed their bookings, Curious Creatives will confirm your group’s eligibility for the offer.

What happens if someone in our group cancels?
If any group member cancels or fails to pay in full by the deadline, the offer will no longer be valid, and the £300 refund for the lead guest will not be issued. The remaining attendees will still be accommodated in a dormitory room, but it may be shared with other attendees. Alternatively, remaining group members can book single or twin rooms (subject to availability) at the standard ticket price.

Do we have to share a room with others?
No, as long as all four group members remain eligible and meet the terms of the offer, your group will have exclusive use of a dormitory room. However, if the group size drops below four, Curious Creatives may place other attendees in the same room.

Can our group choose to book separate rooms?
Yes, but if you choose to withdraw from the offer and book separate rooms, you must notify Curious Creatives in writing (via email - hello@curiouscreatives.online). You will then need to book the relevant accommodation tickets online and pay the applicable additional fees. Separate rooms are subject to availability.

What if some members of the group are new to Curious Creatives?
That’s perfect! At least two of the four group members must be new attendees to qualify for this offer, so your group is eligible if two or more members have never attended a retreat with Curious Creatives before.

What is the deadline for full payment?
All group members must pay their retreat fees in full by Monday, 30th June 2025 to remain eligible for the offer.

How and when will the lead guest receive their refund?
The lead guest will receive their £300 refund within 14 days of the retreat’s conclusion. The refund will be processed using the same payment method they used for their original booking.

Can someone else join our group after we've booked?
Yes, additional attendees can book separately, but they will not count toward your group of four for the purpose of this offer. Any new bookings will be subject to availability and standard pricing.

What happens if one of us needs to cancel, or leave, after the retreat has started?
Cancellations after the retreat begins do not affect the lead guest’s refund eligibility, as long as the group of four attended initially and met the terms of the offer prior to the event.

Is there a way to guarantee single or twin rooms for any group member?
Single or twin rooms are not included in this offer.
Can this offer be combined with other discounts or promotions?
No, this offer cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or offers.
Can I participate if I’ve won a free retreat?
Students who have won a free retreat or received a complimentary place are not eligible to be the lead guest for this offer. However, they can still join a group as one of the three additional participants, provided all other eligibility requirements are met.
What if we have a problem or need to make changes to our booking?
The lead guest should contact Curious Creatives directly to discuss any issues or changes to the booking. We’ll do our best to assist and accommodate your group’s needs.

Refer a friend - Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility

The referrer must be a paying, or paid, student attending the August 2025 Curious Creatives Craft Retreat.

The referred friend (referee) must be a new customer who has never attended a Curious Creatives Craft Retreat before.
-
Both the referrer and the referred friend must pay the full cost of the retreat and attend the event to be eligible for the reward.
-
Referrers attending on a free place, or have received more than 25% discount on the full price, are not eligible to receive the £25 cash reward.

The referred friend must pay the full cost of the retreat (upfront or via installment) and will still receive their £25 cash reward.

2. Rewards

The referrer will receive £25 cash for each eligible referred friend, payable during the retreat.

The referred friend will also receive £25 cash, payable during the retreat.

Rewards are issued in cash only and cannot be exchanged for credit, discounts, or other forms of compensation.

Both parties must meet all eligibility requirements to qualify for the reward.

3. Referral Process

The referred friend must mention the referrer’s full name at the time of booking and use the code Friend25 during checkout.

The code does not provide a discount but is required to track the referral.

Referrals made without the code or referrer’s name cannot be retroactively applied.

4. Limits and Restrictions

A referrer may refer up to a maximum of 5 friends, earning a total reward of up to £125.

This offer cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts, including, but not limited to, the "Book for Four, Lead Gets £300 Back" offer.

Rewards will not be issued if either the referrer or the referred friend cancels their booking or fails to attend the retreat.

5. Timing and Validity

The Refer a Friend Scheme is valid from 21st November 2024 to 31st January 2025.

Referred friends must complete their booking by 31st January 2025, and payment in full must be made by 30th June 2025 to qualify.

6. Payment of Rewards

Rewards will be issued during the retreat only and cannot be claimed beforehand or after the event.

Referrers and referees must be present at the retreat to collect their rewards.

7. General Terms

Curious Creatives reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Refer a Friend Scheme at any time without prior notice.

In the event of any dispute, Curious Creatives' decision is final.

​What is the Refer a Friend Scheme?
The Refer a Friend Scheme rewards both you and your friends for joining our August 2025 Curious Creatives Craft Retreat. When you refer a friend who books and pays in full, you’ll both receive £25 cash, payable during the retreat.
Who can participate in the scheme?

Referrer: You must be a fully paid-up student attending the August 2025 craft retreat to refer friends.

Referee (Friend): Your friend must be a new customer who has never attended a Curious Creatives Craft Retreat before.

Can I participate in the Refer a Friend Scheme if I have a free place?
Yes! If you’re attending on a free place, complimentary retreat or you have received a discount of more than 25% of the full price, you can still refer friends. However, you won’t be eligible for the £25 reward. Your referred friend will still receive their £25 cash reward when they attend.
How do I refer a friend?
It’s simple!

How much will I earn for referring a friend?
You’ll receive £25 cash for each eligible referred friend. Your friend will also receive £25 cash.
Is there a limit to how many friends I can refer?

When and how will I receive my reward?

No, the two offers cannot be combined. You can participate in either the Refer a Friend Scheme or the Buy for Four, Lead Gets £300 Back offer, but not both.
When does the Refer a Friend Scheme start and end?
The scheme runs from 21st November 2024 to 31st January 2025. All referrals must be completed by 31st January 2025, and payments made in full by 30th June 2025.
What if my friend forgets to mention my name or use the code?
Unfortunately, if your friend does not mention your name and use the code Friend25 at checkout, the referral cannot be tracked, and the reward will not be issued. Make sure they enter your name and the code when booking!

Can I use my reward towards my retreat fee or future bookings?
No, the reward is issued in cash only, during the retreat, and cannot be applied as a discount or credit.
What if I or my friend cannot attend the retreat?
